Letha J. Mosley, PhD, OTR/L, FAOTA (1957–2017), focused her work on addressing health disparities by combining occupational therapy with community-based participatory research to develop and evaluate community programs for health and wellness. Mosley practiced in adult neurorehabilitation and geriatrics and then focused on addressing obesity and obesity-related conditions, as well as serving as an associated professor at the University of Central Arkansas. Mosley served as Chairperson for ACOTE (2009–2012), was a member of numerous committees for AOTA, and was named to AOTA’s Roster of Fellows in 2008 for "Excellence in Education and Addressing Health Disparities."
