I'm George Edward Barton! Which OT Founder Are you?
Just like George, you have a zeal for taking risks and challenging the status quo if it means making a difference in the lives of others. When you are presented with challenging life events, you use it as a learning experience to better serve and understand the clients you are working with. You are an inherent self-starter and leader.
George Edward Barton (1871–1923) planned and organized the founding meeting of the National Society for the Promotion of Occupational Therapy (later AOTA) with Dr. William Rush Dunton, Jr., and served as its first President. Learn more about Barton here.
